ANNOUNCE BIGGEST UK TOUR TO DATE AND EXCLUSIVE NEW GUEST REMIX ALBUM - ‘X MARKS DESTINATION’

In celebration of their new tour The Whip announce the release of their electrifying new remix album-‘Remix Marks Destination’- available exclusively for download from Itunes and Beatport or via www.myspace.com/thewhipmanchester on 24th August. The album presents a whose who of today’s most cutting edge talent, featuring remixes from Whip cohorts such as Van She, Black Ghosts, Hearts Revolution, Black Affair, Crookers, Hadouken!, South Central, Bloody Beetroots, Bitchee Bitchee Ya Ya Ya and Ashley Beedle.

Not satisfied with doing things in two’s The Whip are offering all fans the chance to leave a show with a Limited Edition ADERRA USB wristband containing a recording of one of the tour nights, with additional user storage space. These wristbands can be bought via the Whip’s My Space page. where fans can order the USB wristband and gig ticket package for the special price of £20

To Jumpstart their forthcoming tour The Whip will be playing coveted slots at Reading, Leeds, Creamfields and the main stage at Scotland’s Connect Festival, alongside Kasabian, Franz Ferdinand and Bloc Party, September sees the band fly out to close the legendary Ibiza Rocks season, with October bringing the band back to their hometown of Manchester play the infamous Warehouse Project, sharing the night with Late of the Pier, Tricky and Reverend and the Makers amongst many others and paving the way ahead for November’s dazzling Whip UK tour whirlwind.
